The Brand Group supports the ten principles of the UN Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labor standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption and has joined the initiative on September 30, 2024. In the future, we will therefore report publicly every year on the activities with which we integrate the ten principles into our business strategy and thus make a contribution to the United Nations' goals for sustainable development and social responsibility.

The more than 300 assessment criteria include not only climate and environmental protection, but also good working conditions, ethical behavior and sustainable procurement. The consistent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions in recent years contributes to the good rating, as do flexible, family-friendly working time models and increasingly sustainable procurement.
